Rebecca Lane, Owner

Mother to three curly-headed cuties. Loves Jesus and coffee. Rebecca has been married to her college sweetheart since 2014 and they have been enjoying the wild ride the military has presented them ever since. As a graduate of The University of North Georgia and with a degree in English, Rebecca has made a career out of writing and editing the last 12 years. Her time as a contributor for The Military Mom Collective in 2023 left a lasting impression, and Rebecca couldn’t pass up the opportunity to find a way to serve other mothers and military spouses. In her free time, you can find Rebecca spending time with her kids and husband, traveling to new places, and curling up with a good book and cup of coffee.

Nicki Hart, Operations Manager

Nicki was born and raised outside of Philadelphia, which is where she met her husband. The preschool sweethearts have four children (ages 9, 5, 3, and 1).  Prior to her husband joining the Navy and becoming a stay at home mom, Nicki worked as a special education teacher. That role prepared her for life as a parent to disabled children and to serve as a former board member for the foundation for her daughter’s rare disorder. Since becoming a Navy family six years ago, they have moved 4 times in 4 years, which has landed them in their current location: North Carolina.  She enjoys volunteering, advocating for individuals with disabilities, watching TV with her husband, and maintaining an artistic but thorough planner.

Maura Bonham, Social Media + Content Manager

Maura is a mom of two (6 and 4) and a military spouse to a Naval Aviator.  Maura grew up outside of Columbus, Ohio and is a proud alumna of Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, IN, where she earned her Bachelors of Arts in Speech Communications and Sociology. The Navy has taken Maura and her family all around the world and they currently call Northern Virginia home. When she is not taking her kids to school or activities, Maura enjoys reading (she is a member of a local military spouse book club), listening to podcasts, binging Bravo shows, and attempting to be a plant mom.

Maura is excited to be a part of the Military Mom Collective Team as it helped her so much throughout the years!
