Black Bean Salsa

This salsa is easy to make and so delicious! You can double or triple it to feed a crowd.

Ingredients:

2 cans black beans (drained)
1 can corn (drained)
1 pint of cherry tomatoes, cut
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 bushel of cilantro
1 lime squeezed
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Mix in a large bowl and enjoy with some tortilla chips
2. Best when made the night before so the flavors have time to marinade.

Cook time: 10 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes
