Ready to use chicken nuggets in a whole new way? This easy, cheesy bake is a kid-approved favorite that even adults will crave. We love making it with gluten-free nuggets for a simple, flavorful dinner that comes together fast and satisfies the whole family.
Ingredients
Frozen Chicken Nuggets– I love Applegate Gluten Free ones!
Marinara or Spaghetti sauce (22 oz jar)
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Dried oregano or Italian seasoning
Bonus: Parmesan cheese
Garlic Bread to serve with it
Your choice of pasta
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375*F. Grease 9×13 glass dish.
2. Pour 1/2 of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the 9×13 dish. Spread evenly.
3. Place the frozen chicken nuggets in the sauce, arranged neatly.
4. Pour the remaining sauce over the nuggets.
5. Top with the shredded cheese and a quick shake of Italian seasoning or dried oregano.
You could also shake on parmesan cheese as well.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until nuggets are hot and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Optional– Cook pasta and garlic bread.
7. Serve over your choice of pasta or with garlic bread.
8. Enjoy!
