Cinnamon Vanilla Espresso Martini

0

If you are looking for a simple cocktail to transition from fall to winter this cocktail is for you! My all-time favorite seasonal spice is cinnamon. Both the taste and smell of cinnamon bring me great comfort and joy and, since we live in maple syrup country, Runamok’s Royal Cinnamon Infused Maple Syrup is the perfect addition to this popular drink. A simple espresso martini can be enjoyed all year long, but adding both vanilla and cinnamon “percolate” this classic martini into a festive treat.

Ingredients:

2 oz Vanilla Vodka (such as Stoli)
1 oz Coffee Liquor (Such as Vermont Ice)
1/2 – 1 oz Chilled Espresso
1/2 – 1 oz Runamok Royal Cinnamon Infused Syrup (OR 1 tsp Cinnamon mixed with maple syrup)
Ice
3 Coffee Beans (Optional)

Directions:

1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice
2. Mix all ingredients in shaker
3. Shake until shaker begins to sweat and is completely chilled
4. Carefully pour drink into glass and let set to give foam time to form on top
5. Garnish with 3 Coffee beans
6. Enjoy!
