This Copy Cat McDonald’s Egg McMuffin Recipe is fast, budget-friendly, and tastes just as good (if not better) than the real thing. Perfect for busy mornings, meal prep, or when you just want a hot breakfast without leaving the house.

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 slice Sargento Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 English muffin

  • 1 Tennessee Pride Sausage Patty

  • A sliver of Blue Bonnet Butter

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Scramble the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper (or cook it over easy if you prefer).
    Pro tip: Use a mini waffle maker or mason jar lid to get that classic round shape!

  2. Lightly butter the English muffin.

  3. Cook the sausage patty according to package instructions.

  4. Layer the egg, sausage, and cheese on the English muffin.

  5. Pop the sandwich into a toaster oven or air fryer for 2 minutes until the cheese melts and the muffin gets golden.
