This Caramel Apple Mule is the perfect fall cocktail, combining the crisp flavors of apple with the warmth of caramel and a hint of spice from ginger beer. It’s an easy-to-make, festive drink that’s ideal for cozy evenings or gatherings with friends as the leaves start to turn.
Ingredients:
Ice
2 ounces Caramel Vodka (I use Smirnoff Kissed Caramel Vodka)
4 ounces apple cider
Ginger Beer
For garnish: cinnamon stick and a slice or two of apple
Directions:
- In a copper mug, add ice until the mug is filled about 2/3 – 3/4 of the way to the top.
- Add in the vodka and the apple cider.
- Top with ginger beer. Stir well.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slices. Cheers!

Other: The apple cider in the half-gallon or gallon jug with all of the spices that settle at the bottom is the best kind to use, in my opinion. Based on availability, use whatever type of apple cider you can find! If you can’t find caramel vodka, you could also use regular vodka and add in a little caramel syrup or sauce, too.
