Meredith is wife to Ryan and mom to Lucas and Cecilia. They are an Air Force family stationed at Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. Originally from Ohio, she and Ryan will always consider themselves Buckeyes at heart. They love to explore new places and new foods and experience new cultures. Meredith is a runner — stroller runs and trail runs are her favorite! She also enjoys spinning and yoga. She loves to read and is always looking for good recommendations. Most nights you can find her in the kitchen cooking, with a good glass of wine, surrounded by her family.
