Who doesn’t love a chocolate chip cookie?! This easy recipe makes the chewiest, softest cookies!
Ingredients:
1 c salted butter, softened
1/2 c granulated sugar
1 c packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 c all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Cream butter and sugars in stand mixer, on medium, for 3-5 minutes, until light in color and well combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla, and combine well.
- Mix flour, salt, and baking soda in a separate bowl.
- Add flour mixture 1/2 cup at a time, on med-low, until all the flour is mixed in.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Use small cookie scoop (or large spoon) to place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes, then cool on a rack.
