Apple Nachos are the perfect quick snack for after school, after the kids go to bed, or really whenever!

Ingredients:
1 apple (I prefer Pink Lady, but any apple works!)
1/3 cup peanut butter
Mini chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chips)
Directions:
- Wash, core, and slice your apple into thin slices, then spread them out on a plate
- Microwave the peanut butter for about 30 seconds, till it reaches a liquid consistency
- Drizzle the peanut butter over the apples
- Sprinkle the desired amount of chocolate chips over the top. Enjoy!
