Pancake Muffin Bites

Tired of the same old pancakes each weekend? Try the crowd favorites-pancake muffins!

Just a few ingredients away from a delicious breakfast!

Ingredients

Pearl Milling Complete Pancake Mix
Mrs. Butterworth Syrup
PAM spray
Blue Bonnet Butter
Cinnamon Sugar
Banquet Sausage Links
Hormel Bacon

Instructions

Spray muffin pan with PAM.
Cook the bacon or sausage links according to directions.
Slice bacon/sausage into slices that will fit into the muffin tins. Place in the muffin cups.
Mix pancake batter according to package for how many muffins you’d like to make. (2 cups of batter is approximately six muffins.)
Pour batter into muffin tins ¾ full.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and add toppings: butter, cinnamon sugar, syrup.

Servings: 6 muffins                                                  

Total Time: 20 minutes
