This pumpkin yogurt bowl blends creamy Greek yogurt, pure pumpkin purée, warm spices, and crunchy cereal for a fall-inspired breakfast, lunchbox addition, or after-school snack. It’s filling, nutritious, and easy to customize based on your preferences.

Ingredients:

1 cup Fage Greek Yogurt

Just a few simple ingredients that can be found at your local commissary!

1/4 cup Libby 100% Pumpkin Purée
1/2 cup Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Toast Protein Cereal
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste (optional)
1/2 – 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, to taste)

 

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla bean paste (if using).
2. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
3. Taste and add maple syrup as needed for sweetness.
4. Top with Catalina Crunch for a protein-packed crunch.
5. Serve immediately or pack it for a lunchbox or mid-day snack!
