It’s pumpkin season.
Which means you may have a partially used can of pumpkin in the fridge. Never fear! You may not have enough for another baked good recipe, but you can make a quick and simple face mask using pumpkin! Pumpkin is a powerhouse ingredient for skincare. It’s naturally rich in vitamins A, C, and E, as well as antioxidants that brighten and nourish the skin. The zinc and potassium in pumpkin can help calm redness and promote healing, while the natural fruit acids provide a mild exfoliation to leave skin softer and more radiant. Because of its versatility, pumpkin works well in a variety of DIY face masks tailored to different skin types.
