Do you have a passion for supporting other moms and building community? Are you passionate about the military community? Our team is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic mom to join our team as a Community Coordinator! This is a flexible, part-time, work from home, paid position.
Community Coordinator
The Community Coordinator position is for someone who synchronizes the mission and values of The Military Mom Collective with efforts toward promotion and project management.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with The Military Mom Collective Executive Team, focused on sponsorships, partnership and brand/business development as well as creation of ideas and goals.
- Network with appropriate businesses to establish warm leads
- Act as the liaison within MilMC Community Groups
- Manage MilMC Ambassador Program
- Manage MilMC newsletter
- Respond to emails in a timely manner (48 hours)
- Represent The Military Mom Collective in a positive and professional manner at all times
- Partner as needed for events (coordinate volunteers)
The Ideal Candidate:
- Â Is organized, driven, detail-oriented, assertive, and administratively gifted

 Is a self-starter and happy to take a task and run with it
- Can attend monthly (virtual) Executive Team meetings
- Has the ability to meet deadlines and follow through on commitments
- Shares the passion for the mission of MilMC to support and connect the members in our community
