  • 4 Plastic Bottle Caps
  • Scissors
  • Box Cutter or X-acto Knife
  • Pencil
  • Glue or Glue Gun

Directions

  1. Take the hardcover book and cut off the front and back covers. Make sure to keep the glue spine in tact so the pages are not falling out.

  3. Cut off the extra pages and set it aside.
  4. To make the dog’s head, grab the paperback book and tear off the front and back covers.
  5. Grab the page’s top right corner and fold it towards the spine. Then take the side corner and fold it towards the spine. Followed by tucking in the bottom corner to create a straight edge. Repeat these 3 folds for about 75 pages.
  6. Cut off the extra pages and set aside.
  7. Take the dog’s body and turn it over.
  8. Glue on the 4 plastic bottle caps for the dog’s arms and legs.
  9. Turn the dog’s body over and glue on its head.
  10. Next, glue on the button or pom pom nose and googly eyes.
  11. Cut out some paper ears and tail and glue it on.
